RETURNS POLICY

Cre8ive Coffee offers a hassle-free returns and exchange policy that lets you exchange some purchased items provided that they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns are within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items are unused and show no signs of use, wear or damage and are returned in the original packaging.

Our returns and exchange policy does not include the cost of return shipping. This must be borne by the customer as we are unable to cover the shipping costs associated with change of mind purchases – please choose items carefully when ordering.

REFUND POLICY

We will happily offer the refund of a purchased item(s) if it meets any of the following conditions and proof of purchase is provided:

  • It is physically faulty or damaged and the fault/damage amounts to a major failure of the product. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure. Cre8ive Coffee will determine the extent of the failure.
  • The incorrect item was shipped or does not match the represented description of the item.
  • The item was out of stock or unavailable at the time the order was placed.

There are no refunds or exchanges available on:

  • Sale items
  • Perishable goods (except where the Happiness Policy applies)

HAPPINESS POLICY

We want you to love our coffee as much as we do. If you are unhappy with the taste of your coffee beans ordered from our online store, we will happily refund your purchase if the beans are returned within 14 days to our Nerang location and Cre8ive Coffee has been contacted via email at hello@cre8ivecoffee.com.au with your intent to return and proof of purchase.

Cre8ive Coffee is not liable for any loss of goods by Australian Post (or equivalent postage or freight companies) in the process of delivery to you. However, in some cases for product that does not arrive, as a gesture of goodwill, Cre8ive Coffee may issue a discretionary refund or replacement. 

In all other cases, refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
